Kwality Photonics P Ltd announces the launching of Mega Efficient CERAMETAL LED COB Modules in 5W to 50W range. KLHC3609W/KLHC3613W in 5 to 13 Watt, KLHC3622W in 22Watt, KLHC 3650W in 50W. These LEDs have ceramics plus metal material with high thermal conductivity as the substrate and adopt silicone injection molding technology with good imperviousness performance, high reliability & very low degradation rate.

KLHC3609W/KLHC3613W LEDs is one of the most compact designs - being 13.5(L) x13.5(W) x1.5(T)mm KLHC3609W LEDs have very low thermal resistance with lowest of 2.5°C/W & long lifetime over 50000hrs.

KLHC3609W/KLHC3613W LEDs are best applicable for Street Lights, Flood Lights, Down Lights, Panel Lights, High Bay Lights sources and luminaries & can be operated with max junction temperature of 120°C. These LEDs deliver outstanding efficiency of 120 Lumen s per watt.

Kwality PolyWa KLHC3609W are embedded High reliability LED chips capable of being driven up to 300mA to obtain 1100Lumens.

KLHC3622W LEDs is one of the most compact designs - being 19(L) x19(W) x1.5(T)mm KLHC3622W LEDs have very low thermal resistance with lowest of 2.5°C/W & long lifetime over 50000hrs. KLHC3622W LEDs are best applicable for Street Lights, Flood Lights, Down Lights, Panel Lights, High Bay Lights sources and luminaries & can be operated with max junction temperature of 120°C. These LEDs deliver outstanding efficiency of 120 Lumens per watt.

Kwality PolyWa KLHC3622W are embedded High reliability LED chips capable of being driven upto 600mA to obtain 2460Lumens.

KLHC3650W LEDs is one of the most compact designs - being 28(L) x28(W) x1.5(T)mm KLHC3650W LEDs have very low thermal resistance with lowest of 2.5°C/W & long lifetime over 50000hrs. KLHC3650W LEDs are best applicable for Street Lights, Flood Lights, Down Lights, Panel Lights, High Bay Lights sources and luminaries & can be operated with max junction temperature of 120°C. These LEDs deliver outstanding efficiency of 100 Lumens per watt.
